SHIPPING
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders are shipped within 1- 3 business days.
For locals Santa Cruz, CA, you can choose pick-up in store, normally items will be ready within 24 hours, you will receive a notification once the items are ready for pick-up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns must be approved, please email info@wallflowersantacruz.com to initiate your return.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery (as verified by courier). Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags and in original packaging.
Returns/exchanges will not be issued after 14 days of delivery. *Except holiday gift purchases extended till January 15
All shipping costs are non-refundable and return/exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Items purchased online can be returned to the store within 14 days. Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
